At Unchained Leader, our community is built on trust, respect, and encouragement. Every member plays a role in maintaining a safe and supportive environment where real growth can happen. This guide outlines our expectations for participation so that all members can benefit from the program and feel confident engaging with one another.
Respect Privacy and Confidentiality
What is shared within the community stays within the community.
Do not share other members’ stories, challenges, or personal information outside the program.
Respect that all coaching calls and group discussions are confidential.
Contribute with Respect and Positivity
Speak to others with kindness, even when offering feedback.
Avoid disrespectful, negative, or harmful language.
Encourage others — we all succeed when the community lifts one another up.
Take Responsibility for Your Participation
Be consistent in showing up for calls and assignments.
Actively get involved and engage with the coaching calls and community.
Take ownership of your journey — the program works when you actively engage.
Protect the Integrity of the Program
Do not misuse program resources, recordings, or shared materials.
Honor the enrollment terms
Understand that Unchained Leader reserves the right to address violations of this code of conduct.
Support Each Other as Leaders
Lead by example in how you show up and contribute.
Offer encouragement and accountability to fellow members.
Remember: every voice matters, and your support can make a difference in someone’s journey.
