How to Regain Access to Your Course After Pausing Your Membership

If you’ve previously paused your Unchained Leader membership, you have the option to resume your course and continue your progress. This guide will walk you through the simple steps to regain access. Please note that resuming your course must take place within a six-month time window from the date your membership was paused.


Before You Begin
Make sure you understand the following before starting this process:

  • You must resume your course within the six-month time window.

  • It is solely your responsibility to contact Unchained Leader when you are ready to resume.

  • If you do not reach out on the date previously discussed at the time of pausing, you may lose course time and access.

  • Have your email account ready so you can contact support.


Step 1: Contact Support


Step 2: Submit a Support Ticket (Alternative Option)

  • If you prefer, go to the Unchained Leader support portal  https://unchainedleader.freshdesk.com/support/solutions

  • Submit a support ticket with your request to resume your course.
  • Include your name, email address associate with your unchained leader members account, and mention that your membership was previously paused.


Step 3: Wait for Confirmation

  • The support team will review your request.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your course access has been reactivated.

  • Log in to your account to resume your course progress.


That’s it! Once confirmed, you’ll be able to continue right where you left off in your course.
