As a member of the Unchained Leader 90 Day to Freedom Program, this guide is designed to help you understand the different types of calls available.
Each call serves a unique purpose in supporting your growth, healing, and leadership journey.

On this call we want to welcome you with open arms!

This call is Mandatory, because it's important to make sure you're setting yourself up for success and getting connected in the group from the beginning
During the call, we'll make sure you've got everything you need to get started on the right foot, and prep you for what's ahead so you're set up for success .
Purpose:
- Lay the foundation for your next 90 days.
Get answers to any questions you have after onboarding.
Ensure you understand how to navigate the modules, support options, and calls.
When It Happens:
Typically scheduled within the first few days or week after enrollment.
Progress Call
What It Is:
A one time follow-up call during your program, we encourage you to schedule this around week 3 or 4 of the program.
This is unique call that is Two-fold. A progress call starts immediately after a New Member Strategy call, this allows new members to stay on the call and listen in to the progress call.
The Progress Call is usually for members 2-4 weeks into the program, where you can check-in with a support coach and let them know your progress, and strategize for your success in the upcoming weeks of the program.
Purpose:
Address any roadblocks you may be facing.
Evaluate how you’re progressing through the modules and assignments.
Re-align your focus or accountability if needed.
When It Happens:
Usually offered to sign up and schedule this call on your New Members Strategy call or afterwards via email invite. Schedule this call sometime in weeks 2-4 of the program is best, as this is often times where members face a lot resistance in their freedom journey.
