How We Protect Your Privacy and Confidentiality

At Unchained Leader, we take the privacy and confidentiality of our members very seriously. Your trust is important to us, and we have specific measures in place to make sure your personal information and participation in the program remain protected. This guide explains how we safeguard your information and ensure a safe environment for all members.


Our Privacy and Confidentiality Practices

Secure Information Storage

  • All personal information provided during enrollment is stored securely.

  • We use secure platforms and tools to protect data from unauthorized access.

  • Sensitive details such as billing and contact information are never shared publicly.


Confidential Coaching and Calls

  • Conversations that take place during coaching calls (New Member Strategy Calls, Progress Calls, and Group Coaching Calls) are kept private within the Unchained Leader program.

  • (We do not record these calls for the security and privacy of our members)

  • No recordings or transcripts are shared outside of the membership without consent.

  • Members are encouraged to respect one another’s privacy and not share personal details discussed in calls. 

  • All members are required to sign the onboarding agreement which includes an Non disclosure clause in order to protect members privacy and information


Limited Access to Member Profiles

  • Member profile information is only used only internall.

  • Only the Unchained Leader support team has access to this information.

  • We never sell or distribute member information to outside parties.


Respect for Boundaries

  • Members can choose what personal information they share during calls or in assignments.

  • Participation in group settings is always respectful and supportive.

  • You are never required to disclose anything you are not comfortable sharing.

  • Member's lesson assignments are only accessible to the individual and are not required to be shared with the Unchained team or other community member. (Unless a member chooses to share such information).
