Adding a Spouse to Your Existing Membership 
(This only applies to members currently enrolled in 90-Days to Unity Marriage Program)

This guide will walk you through the steps to add your spouse as a secondary participant under your existing Unchained Marriage – 90 Days to Unity enrollment. 

If you didn’t add your spouse during your initial registration, you can still do so by following the simple steps below.

Before You Begin

Please gather the following information about your spouse. You’ll need to provide it to our Member Support team, along with the email address that is associated with your account:

• First & Last Name

• Email Address

• Phone Number

• Mailing Address (Street, City, State, Country, Postal Code)

• Can we send gifts to this address? (Yes/No)

• Date of Birth

• T-shirt Size

• Anniversary Date (or anticipated marriage date, if not yet married)

Step-by-Step: Adding Your Spouse

Step 1: Reach Out to Support

• Send an email to our Member Support Team at support@unchainedleader.com or submit a support ticket through your member dashboard.

Step 2: Use the Link Provided

• A member from our support team will fill out the necessary form with the information that you've provided (you won’t need to complete it yourself). We will do that for you once we receive your spouse's information.
  
  

Step 3: Submit Required Info

• In your message to support, be sure to include all of the information listed above so we can promptly add your spouse to the program. This information helps us ensure both of you receive the full experience and materials designed for the 90 Days to Unity journey.
  
  Note: Please remember to also provide the email address that is associated with your account (primary account)

Step 4: Confirmation

• Our team will confirm once your spouse has been successfully added. You don’t need to take further action after that unless instructed.
