If the video lessons are buffering and not loading, usually it will resolve itself by going through the following troubleshooting steps.
Start with Step #1 and move your way down if the issue continues to not resolve.
- Log out and log back in, usually that'll fix it.
- Change the browser from which you're working from (switch to Safari, Firefox, Google, Edge, Brave, etc)
- Go incognito: Try opening the program in an incognito tab
- Try another device: Try opening the program on your desktop, phone, or tablet (whichever you're currently not using)
- Ensure strong internet connection
