[FAQ] Advanced Coaching Membership

1. What is the Unlimited Coaching Membership, and how is it different from my current membership?

The Unlimited Coaching Membership is an optional $197/month membership available once you’ve completed 90 days as a client working through the 90-Days To Freedom program and attending calls.

When you subscribe, you unlock a 30-day free trial, allowing you to continue your membership through day 120. You become an unlimited coaching member after the free trial ends and the first payment is made.

The membership provides continued access to Group Coaching calls (after your initial period), including the NEW Advanced Coaching call (currently only being provided for the MEN'S Community, those in the Women's Program would maintain access to their current group calls by joining the Unlimited Coaching Membership).

Unlike the standard program access, which may expire after a certain time, this membership ensures you maintain live coaching support, interactive guidance, and dedicated customer service on a month-to-month basis, depending on your needs.

2. How do I sign up for the Unlimited Coaching Membership, and is there any special pricing or pro-ration?

To start the Unlimited Coaching Membership on a month-to-month basis, simply click here to activate your membership and unlock the 30-day free trial.

At this time, the membership is offered at a flat $197/month rate, and no pro-rated pricing is available as the billing is charged monthly 30 days after you subscribe, and not on a set date for everyone.

When you subscribe, you start a 30-day trial and receive your first 30 days free. The first payment will be made automatically 30 days after you subscribe. You'll receive a receipt in your inbox and confirmation email from us.

3. Will the standard calls still exist now that there’s an Advanced Coaching call?

Yes, the standard calls will still exist. The NEW Advanced Coaching call is an additional resource specifically designed for those further along in the Freedom Journey through the Unlimited Coaching Membership.

The regular calls will continue to support those in earlier stages of the process.

The main difference is that the Advanced Coaching call will dive into more specialized, higher-level topics, and typically have a smaller group size for more focused interaction.

4. Why am I being asked to pay for continued access to calls now when it used to be included?

As our community grows beyond 6,000+ members, it’s essential to maintain the quality and intimacy of our coaching calls. Shifting to a membership model ensures that the calls remain impactful, personalized, and effective for active members.

The Unlimited Coaching Membership helps us continue providing first-class coaching, streamlined customer service, and ongoing program improvements, ultimately enhancing your growth and experience.

5. Do I lose access to my course modules if I don’t subscribe to the Unlimited Coaching Membership?

• Enrolled Before June 11, 2024: You maintain lifetime access to the course modules, regardless of whether you subscribe to the Unlimited Coaching Membership. Your modules remain accessible at no additional cost.
  • While this goes against the program design, we promised lifetime access to modules (not coaching) during the time you enrolled, and keeping the integrity with our word supersedes ideal design.

• Enrolled After June 11, 2024: Your module access and call access after the initial 120 days are tied to an active Unlimited Coaching Membership. Without maintaining an active subscription, access to modules and calls may lapse. However, you’re free to reactivate your membership at any time to regain full access.

6. What if I subscribe but later decide to cancel?

You can do that! You'll have the chance to manage your subscription so you can cancel and/or start up again at any time, even the day before the next billing date.

When you cancel, your access will remain active until the last date of the trial period. Once the trial days are over, you’ll notice that your access to the modules may be revoked and you no longer receive reminder emails of the group coaching sessions.

You’ll receive an email confirmation of the cancellation.

7. What if I'm subscribed and I want to pause the subscription, rather than cancel?

It's possible to pause your subscription and restart it again. When you pause your subscription, you can pause it for 60 days maximum (1-2 months) before resuming the subscription payments.

You maintain Membership/Coaching access even during the pause.

When you pause your account, you commit to completing the payments paused once you resume (i.e. you cannot pause for 2 months and then cancel before the pause ends, you'd have to stay for 2 months after the pause and complete the 2 paused payments and then you can cancel if you wish).

To initiate a pause on your Membership subscription, submit a Support Ticket and we'll assist in establishing the pause.

8. What if I decide to not subscribe, but later down the road I want to start up again?

Welcome back! You can always reach us by submitting a Support Ticket to re-establish your Membership.
