Course Modules Are Not Loading

If the course modules aren't loading, usually it will resolve itself by going through the following troubleshooting steps.


Start with Step #1 and move your way down if the issue continues to not resolve. 


  1. Log out and log back in, usually that'll fix it.
  2. Change the browser from which you're working from (switch to Safari, Firefox, Google, Edge, Brave, etc)
  3. Refresh the page (click the ⟳ button on the top-left corner of your browser)
  4. Go incognito: Try opening the program in an incognito tab
  5. Try another device: Try opening the program on your desktop, phone, or tablet (whichever you're currently not using)
  6. Ensure strong internet connection
