If you're having trouble getting a module video to load or play inside your Unchained Leader 90 Days to Freedom program, follow these simple steps to troubleshoot the issue. These instructions work on both mobile devices and computers.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have:
A phone, tablet, or computer with an strong stable internet connection
A working web browser (like Google Chrome or Safari)
Your Unchained Leader login credentials
Step-by-Step Instructions
Start with Step #1 and move your way down if the issue continues to not resolve.
Log out and log back in, usually that'll fix it.
Change the browser from which you're working from (switch to Safari, Firefox, Google, Edge, Brave, etc)
Go incognito: Try opening the program in an incognito tab
Try another device: Try opening the program on your desktop, phone, or tablet (whichever you're currently not using)

Step 1: Check your internet connection
- Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data
- Go to fast.com and run a speed test
Aim for at least 5 Mbps download speed for smooth playback - If you’re using public or work Wi-Fi, switch to a home network or personal hotspot
Step 2: Refresh and reboot
- Refresh the course page in your browser
- If that doesn't work, clear your browser cache:
In Chrome:
Go to Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data
- Close and reopen your browser
- Restart your device if needed
Step 3: Try a different browser or device
- If you're using a browser like Firefox or Edge, try switching to:
Google Chrome
Safari (for Apple devices)
- If you're on a mobile device and it’s not working, try a desktop or laptop
Step 4: Check for browser and system updates
- In Google Chrome:
Click the three dots in the top-right corner > Help > About Google Chrome
It will automatically check and install updates - Make sure your device's operating system is updated as well
Step 5: Disable browser extensions
- Open your browser's extensions settings
Temporarily disable any:
Ad blockers
Privacy extensions
These can sometimes block video content from loading
Try refreshing the page after disabling them
